Topical Steroid Creams on Face..?

Please never ever dispense Potent steroid creams for face which holds the softest skin of our body. That too for a lady? 
Safer steroid to be applied on the facial skin is HYDROCORTISONE ACETATE which is a weakly potent steroid.
